About Kris

Kris has over 20 years experience providing clinical services to individuals (ages 2-100) and families in crisis, coping with life challenges, with mental health diagnoses and with multi-system involvement, including forensics and court. She has worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of diverse populations including high risk youth, children and families (home and office based), residential settings, prison populations, seriously mental ill adults, substance use and behavioral addictions and integrated behavioral health within the primary healthcare system.

Kris believes in treating the whole person to enhance wellness in all spheres (emotional, familial, physical, spiritual) using a person centered approach integrating elements from evidenced based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
