Our professionals will help you explore your feelings or beliefs, help you work through challenging or influential memories, and identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, and work with you toward your desired change.

The treatment of mental and emotional problems through the use of psychological techniques designed to encourage communication of conflicts and insight into problems, with the goal being relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social, academic and/or vocational functioning.

How Long Does Individual Counseling Last?

The length of time individual psychotherapy lasts usually depends on the problems/disorders that are presented and the therapeutic interventions used.
